Apple’s iPhone 17 Series

Apple recently revealed its all-new phones, the iPhone 17 series. That's updates to three known models and the new iPhone 17 Air, that replaces the iPhone Plus. If camping out on release day isn't your style, but you still need to grab one right away, you'll be able to place a pre-order for the iPhone 17, 17 Pro Max, 17 Pro or iPhone Air from 10pm AEST on September 12, before the September 19 release date.

The iPhone 17 boasts a new design with a slightly larger 6.3-inch display and thinner borders. And after a long wait (and a ton of grumbling), the base iPhone finally includes a 120Hz refresh rate.

Internally, the new A19 chip is faster as well as more optimized, especially when teamed up with Apple Intelligence. If you are upgrading from an older iPhone, you will notice a significant increase in speed and improved gameplay thanks to ProMotion.
About the camera, you'll find a 48MP Fusion main camera (shooting 24MP photos by default) as well as a 2x telephoto lens. The device’s ultra-wide camera also gets an upgrade to 48MP, click to read more making macro photography crisper and also more detailed.

Available iPhone 17 Colour Options

The iPhone 17 will come in six colourways: black, white, steel gray, light blue, green and purple.
